Plain Chipboard
A non-bending, multipurpose Uncoated Recycled Boxboard (URB) grade produced using varying combinations of waste paper furnishes. Ideal for pads backs, partitions, packaging, and other industrial uses.

Bending Chip Grades
Best suited for folding cartons, this Uncoated Recycled Boxboard (URB) product can endure a 180 degree fold without cracking or separating. Produced from consistent waste paper furnishes to provide strength, shade, and printability as required.

Tube & Core
Grades Designed for all tube and core applications. A wide variety of strength qualities is offered that make our products suited for every market from mailing tubes, paper mill cores, construction cores, as well as high speed gang winder cores.

Laminated and Pasted Grades
Roll to sheet laminated products are made combining our 100% recycled paperboard grades together or adding a specialty liner (book lining) if required. Pasted sheets are available from any grade by pasting equal sheets and thicknesses to meet the required final thickness. Laminated and Pasted grades are produced at our converting operations which are located at the mill.

Gypsum SafeFace MR
SafeFace MR™ gypsum facing paper offers a superior level of mold, mildew, and moisture resistant that is comparable to that achieved with alternative wallboard products. It can be manufactured in all regular and specialty gypsum facing paper grades, and has application and finishing characteristics that are the same as traditional wallboard, with no additional finishing time or cost.

StaSquare32
Features profile stability, favorable grain ration, and desirable density achieved through control of waste paper furnish and recent technology upgrades. It is best suited for such products as hard cover books, puzzle and game boards, and point-of-purchase displays.

White Vat Lined
White Vat Lined Chip is made with a paper machine ply of white on one side, or two sides if required. White Vat Lined is typically used for rigid boxes, slip cases, displays, or hanger struts where a white liner is desired. It can be treated for enhanced printing characteristics.

BinderTex 45
A 100% recycled paperboard grade used in the manufacture of hardbound textbooks, law books, and library binding books. Binder Tex 45 meets the NASTA (National Association of Textbook Administrators) specifications for the book publishing industry and is available cut-to-size from our mill converting operations.

Highly Sized
URB that is specialty treated to be water resistant for applications where there is a requirement for reduced water penetration or weather conditions; outdoor housing sheathing and construction tubes are examples of Highly Sized paperboard being of value.

Colors
Beater dyed and Calendar stained can be designed for a commercial color match. Some current colors are Black for picture frame backs, Brown for furniture parts, Red, Yellow, Suntan for wire bound notebooks, Green for gypsum facing, and more.

Match Stem
Uncoated Recycled Boxboard produced in various colors and shipped world wide for match stems in matchbooks. Specially treated in mill production to minimize the probability that a discarded lighted match will ignite flammable substances upon which it may be dropped.

Mounting Chip
Uncoated Recycled Boxboard that has surface characteristics favorable for laminating light weight substrates directly to the paperboard. This grade is preferred for point of purchase products and displays.

Gypsum Facing
Paper Available in greyback, creamface, a variety of customer required colors, and specialty requirements.

ES Natural and ES Cream
Products for the folding carton industry and other packaging applications that are seeking sustainable paperboard for end their use products. ES Cream™ was designed for optimum printability with a clean, creamy white surface and a natural brown backliner. Both ES Cream™ and ES Natural™ comply with FDA guidelines for direct food contact, use less fiber, less energy and less freight than typical recycled paperboard grades; both are an environmentally smart choice.

Mill Converted Products
Roll to sheet laminating, sheet pasting (.065 to .250), rotary cutting, guillotine cutting, die cutting, rounded or angle cut corners, sheeting, grooving, and specialty packaging
